Alternatively, the fastest and easiest way to complete your cancelation is to log into your online portal. You can disable auto-renewal at any time using our simple one-click cancelation process — no need to contact support.
This will stop your subscription from renewing at the end of your current billing period. Your services will remain fully active until that time, and no further charges will be made.

Once complete, you will no longer have access to your service(s).
To be eligible for a refund, your termination and refund request must be submitted within the applicable timeframes below:
12-Month Plans or Bi-Annual Plans: Requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase or renewal.
Monthly or Quarterly: Request must be made within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal.
Additional Services (e.g. Unlimited Devices, Identity Protection): Each add-on must be terminated and refunded within 14 days of activation or renewal.
