Payment Reference

If you have purchased a subscription from TotalAV, your payment will show up as on your bank statement.

If you do not recognize this charge and feel that you did not make this payment, rest assured we are more than happy to refund it back to you.

Before proceeding, please make sure that you have checked that the other members of your household have not purchased a TotalAV subscription.

If not, then please provide us with the following information:

  • Last 4 digits of the card that was charged

  • Name associated with the card

  • Address that the card is registered to

  • Date and amount charged

If you used PayPal to purchase TotalAV, please provide the email associated with the charge.
