Unrecognized Charges
We are sorry to hear that you do not recognize a charge from us on your bank statement. Before proceeding, please make sure that you have checked that other members of your household have not purchased a TotalAV subscription.
For us to locate the charge and help you further, please provide us with the following information:
First 6 digits of the card that was charged
Last 4 digits of the card that was charged
Name associated with the card
Address that the card is registered to
Date and amount charged
