If you have an unrecognized charge on your bank statement from TotalAV and feel that you didn't make this payment, rest assured, we are more than happy to refund it back to you and investigate how it could have occurred.

Unrecognized Charges

We are sorry to hear that you do not recognize a charge from us on your bank statement. Before proceeding, please make sure that you have checked that other members of your household have not purchased a TotalAV subscription.

For us to locate the charge and help you further, please provide us with the following information:

  • First 6 digits of the card that was charged

  • Last 4 digits of the card that was charged

  • Name associated with the card

  • Address that the card is registered to

  • Date and amount charged

If you used PayPal to purchase TotalAV, please provide the email associated with the charge.
