Adding a Device

Whether it's your first device or an additional device, follow the steps below to begin adding your chosen device(s) to better their security!

The screenshot's are taken from our TotalAV Software, however the guide below is translatable to all of our other products.

First we will begin with your device:

Navigate to your chosen Total Security Product, by using the sidebar on the left of the page:

In the example below, we will be using TotalAV:

Click on Install your chosen product to start the download and installing process:

Congratulations, you have successfully activated your device license! Follow the next set of instructions to add other devices to your plan!

Adding Licenses

Continuing with our TotalAV example, once the product is installed, go to the top right of the Total Security dashboard and click on your account email to bring up the window below:

Click on Buy Licenses to get started in adding more devices to your account!

By clicking Buy Licenses it will take you to below:

From here, add however many licenses you need for the extra devices and click Purchase Licenses.

This will be a direct purchase, so make sure to purchase the correct amount of licenses for your devices.

A confirmation window will appear, along with a confirmation email of your newly purchased licenses!

From here, click on Manage Installs and see the Total Security Dashboard to take a look at your managed devices.

We highly recommend adding all the devices you’d want anti-virus protection for, as your device could be exposed to harmful malware or viruses in the future.

Login into the dashboard by Clicking Here, on the device that you wish to have your chosen Total Security software on:

In the example below, we will be using TotalAV

Navigate to your chosen Total Security Product from using the menu below:

If you chose TotalAV, the product page will show up as below:

If using a different Total Security Product, a similar window will show

Tap on the three lines in the top right corner of the dashboard screen:

Tap on 'Buy Licenses'
