Managing a Device

Welcome to our Managing Devices hub! Here you will be able to see how to manage your devices across our product dashboard.

Revoking a License

If you wish to revoke a license from a device that is no longer in use, please follow the steps below:


  • Click on the three dots under the actions tab and select the remove button:


  • Click on the remove button to confirm this is the device that you’d like to remove a license from.


  • The pop-up will appear at the bottom of the dashboard saying Device removed successfully


  • In the image below, the device you have removed the licensing from will become unlicensed and will no longer have premium access to your Total Security Product.


    • The process outlined above applies to Total Adblock & Total WebShield as well. However, please note that TotalVPN currently does not have the revoke feature. We are actively working on making it available as a standalone product with this feature in the near future.

    Revoking a License

  • Tap on the remove button to confirm this is the device that you’d like to remove a license from.


  • This pop-up will appear at the bottom of the dashboard saying “Device removed successfully”


  • The device you have removed the licensing from will become unlicensed and will no longer have premium access to your Total Security Product.
    WARNING| The action of removing licensing from a device will vary depending on the specific device. It may either become unlicensed, requiring manual removal, or it will remove both the license and the device from Manage Installs automatically.


    • The process outlined above applies to Total Adblock & Total WebShield as well. However, please note that TotalVPN currently does not have the revoke feature. We are actively working on making it available as a standalone product with this feature in the near future.
